We will be having a flu shot /mist clinic on Thursday October 13th. The cost is $10 for students and $22 for adults. Parents you are more than welcome to come receive your shot/mist with your child. They will also be offering B-12 shots for adults for $15. The permission form needs to be signed and sent back no later than October 11th so we can get a head count of how many to expect. Please read carefully, one form is for the mist (Intranasal) and one is for the shot (Inactive Influenza). If your child has asthma and is on daily medication for it, they will need to receive the shot. Please contact me if you have any questions on which form to fill out or any other questions regarding the clinic. Please take advantage of this clinic and let’s keep our kids and families healthy this school year.
